Channeling your inner cheese artisan, you'll delve into the craft of creating exquisite cheese delicacies like « Truffle-infused Brie » and « Pistachou ».
By the workshop's conclusion, you'll depart with your personalized creation and an official diploma.

Apprentice cheese-maker's

During this group workshop designed for children, with approximately forty participants, they will embark on an engaging journey to discover the complete cheese-making process. Through interactive and enjoyable activities, they will laugh and delight in tasting various delicious cheeses.
Guided by an expert from our team throughout the workshop, these budding cheesemakers will depart with cherished memories and an apprentice cheesemakers diploma.

Gathered around a restaurant table with a group of 10 to 15 people, you'll delve into the world of cheese. Over the course of 2 hours, indulge in tasting sessions featuring a variety of cheeses paired with complementary teas, wines, or beers—staples of French dining.
Following the workshop, you'll have the chance to craft a cheese preparation to take home, alongside receiving a diploma certifying you as an ambassador of fine taste.

Embark on a cheese-making journey with a 2-hour workshop led by one of our expert team members. Gain invaluable tips and tricks to hone your craft as you delve into the art of cheese-making.
Join a group of 10 to 15 participants, and by the workshop's end, depart with your own handcrafted cheese creation along with a personalized diploma.

Best Cheesemonger Competition

This competition, comparable to international contests of its kind, will bring together approximately ten cheese professionals (retailers or aspiring retailers) selected beforehand by our on-site partner. Participants will be tasked with creating a cheese platter based on a predetermined theme and cheese preparation.
Within two and a half hours candidates must present their creations to our panel of experts, who will crown the « Best Cheesemonger in the Country ».
In addition to receiving a diploma acknowledging their excellence, the winner will be invited as a VIP by « Le Salon du Fromage » to showcase their project. They will be hosted in Paris by industry leaders for a tour of shops, receive complimentary training from the CFPL (Center for Dairy Products Training).


Top cheeses.

Product contest

The competition will showcase cheeses from the host country of the International Cheese Festival, allowing local farmers and dairy producers to present their offerings for evaluation by our panel of experts at a final event held in the host nation. Pre-selection will be conducted by our partners onsite.
The top cheeses, assessed based on their presentation, texture, and flavor, will receive complimentary entry into the product competition at the Mondial du fromage at Tours.
